Effective August 17, 2026
These terms cover the SoloMaid website, the early-access waitlist, the SoloMaid app, and the SoloMaid text-message program. Using any of them means you agree to what's here.
SoloMaid is software that does office work for independent house cleaners — booking pages, scheduling, reminders, and client text messages. Each cleaner runs her own business; SoloMaid is her tool, not her employer, and cleaning services are agreed between a cleaner and her client directly.
When a client pays a cleaner by card through SoloMaid, the payment is processed by Stripe and goes to the cleaner. The cleaning itself — its quality, scheduling, changes, and any refunds — is between the cleaner and her client. Tips added at payment go to the cleaner. Cash, check, and similar payments happen entirely outside SoloMaid; the app only records them.
SoloMaid is sold as a monthly subscription to cleaners ($39/month at the founding price for early members). Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. You can delete your account from inside the app (Account → Delete my account).
Solo drafts suggestions — replies, summaries, reminders — for the cleaner to use or ignore. The cleaner is responsible for what she sends and for how she runs her business; Solo is a helper, not a decision-maker.
SoloMaid is in active development. Features may change, and early-access versions may have rough edges. Waitlist pricing promises ($39/month founding price) apply as described on the page where you signed up.
Don't use SoloMaid to send spam, to message people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or for anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.
SoloMaid is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
